أُغلِق باب التسجيل

Preceptors are experienced licensed clinicians who act as teachers and coaches who supervise nursing students during their clinical rotations.

About This Course

The preceptor plays a unique role in the personal and professional development of novice nurses. The preceptor may perform many roles to support other nurses, but there are four primary roles that create successful preceptor relationships: role model (influencer), socializer, coach (educator), and protector. Their role is to help students translate theoretical learning to real-world clinical practice. Preceptors are needed for all levels of nursing education.
