Course Description

This course introduces the International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) framework and its role in reducing preventable harm in healthcare environments. Learners will explore the five core safety goals, including correct patient identification, effective communication, high-alert medication safety, safe surgery, and infection prevention. The course emphasizes applying standardized safety practices in daily clinical work and strengthening a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across KKESH.
