This course provides a roadmap to achieving excellence in Leadership. It is designed to provide passionate people with the knowledge and skills required for their challenging role as Leaders

The Leadership is based on the relationship between leaders and team members and provides a framework to analyse each situation based on the Performance Readiness Level that a team member exhibits in performing a specific task, function or objective.

Then, based on the leader's diagnosis, the necessary amounts of relationship behaviour and task behaviour are applied and communicated to the follower in order to support their needs and advance development.

Moataz is an enthusiastic mentor and qualified bilingual (Arabic & English) experiential

training facilitator with practical experience for nearly 30 years. Over this time, he

started climbing from the bottom of the career ladder. Then gradually he held a number

of leading positions in public sector, private sector, as well as the third sector. He

received higher education degrees from distinguished international universities. In

addition, he received several certifications and accreditations from international

institutions and training centers. He had the opportunity to work in many countries with a

wide range of people from the five continents who have different experiences,

backgrounds, cultures, and variety of management positions and levels. He is passionate

about learning and developing leadership skills and enjoys sharing and exchanging

knowledge, inspiring and motivating others.
